The Coachella Valley in southern California is special to my wife, Diane, and me. We have visited there for a few weeks in each of the past 10 winters...when the weather is great. The landscape is spectacular, there’s a golf course on almost every corner, and we have friends and family in the area. This painting shows a golf hole of the Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta, CA. My intention here is to “try” to show the great depth of the landscape. Kevin and Peggy Kirby purchased this painting, and it hangs in their home in La Quinta.
