The Prairie Club

I’ve known Paul Schock since about 1969. We first met at a junior golf tournament in Sioux Falls. One day in 2021 at the Minnehaha Country Club driving range, we chatted about art. He said he’d like me to consider creating one or two paintings for his club, The Prairie Club located near Valentine NE. I jumped at the chance. Chad Hatch, who worked with Paul, sent me about 100 pics of Prairie Club scenes. Together, we picked two, and I agreed to create two paintings. This is one of them -- hole number 4 on the Dunes Course. It now hangs in the main first-floor hallway at the Prairie Club.
