A friend of mine learned that leaders of Deffenbaugh Homes in Sioux Falls wanted to give house-warming gifts to their clients when they move into their newly constructed homes. My friend suggested that nice gifts would be paintings or drawings of the homes. A Deffenbaugh representative contacted me, and we made a deal. A few months later, graphite sketches of these four new homes, framed by Piper Arts, were delivered to four new happy homeowners. Piper made prints of the sketches for Deffenbaugh and others.
