In the 1980’s, I created a painting of the Frank Transfer building on 8th Street in Downtown Sioux Falls. My memory is fuzzy, but I believe I donated it to the Civic Fine Arts Center for its annual “Arts Night” auction. I don’t recall who bought the piece. Several years later, the owner of the building commissioned me to paint this piece. I don’t recall his name.
