I have known the current owners of this classic, Tudor-style stucco gem for many years. It’s located at the corner of S. Phillips Avenue and 22nd Street in Sioux Falls, just two blocks from McKennan Park. The owners wanted a work of art showing their home to display in their home. We discussed the pros and cons of creating an oil painting, a watercolor painting, or an ink drawing. The third option won the day.
